Senior Business Analyst
- Operational Process Optimization: Analyze end-to-end business workflows—from initial job quoting and dispatch to final invoicing—to identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined office procedures.
- Managerial Decision Support: Prepare and present detailed “action-oriented” reports for leadership, using project data to recommend shifts in resource allocation, fleet utilization, or market expansion.
- Financial & Job-Cost Analysis: Monitor project budgets and “burn rates,” performing cost-benefit analyses on equipment maintenance versus new asset investments to drive long-term profitability.
- Stakeholder Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary bridge between field supervisors, the finance department, and executive management to ensure all teams are aligned on company goals and project timelines.
- Office Management Oversight: Support the modernization of back-office operations, including the evaluation and rollout of non-technical business tools (e.g., CRM or dispatch software) and coordinating staff training.
- Performance Metric (KPI) Development: Design and track key performance indicators specifically for the concrete pumping industry, such as “yards-per-hour” efficiency or operator safety records, to measure organizational health.
- Managerial Dashboard Development & Data Storytelling: Design and maintain high-impact visual dashboards (e.g., using Tableu or Excel) that translate complex fleet data into “at-a-glance” insights for executive decision-making, focusing on metrics like pump utilization rates, fuel efficiency, and job-site profitability.
- Operational Performance & Cost Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify bottlenecks in current office and field workflows, providing leadership with evidence-based recommendations for process improvements, fleet investments, and cost-control strategies.
Commercial Drivers
- Should be able to efficiently drive commercial vehicle.
- Having experience with pump and pumping truck is a plus.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Should have commercial driving license from any state of United States of America.
- Should have work permit
